We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, please review the following:

• Returns: Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety reasons, opened food items (such as tea or herbs) cannot be returned.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

• Damaged/Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within three days with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
